Susan Wall has been with LAH Real Estate since the beginning. Jim Lawrence, an original LAH owner, approached her and expressed great confidence that she could be a wonderful Realtor. Susan joined as one of the first seven agents with LAH in 1993.

Over the years, Susan uses her previous work and life experience in her real estate career. Teaching elementary school helped her develop patience and listening skills. Additionally, Susan gained insight on how other cultures live and an understanding of peoples’ varied interests by living in numerous places.

In 2007, Betsy Wall moved back to Birmingham after being an account executive in the fashion industry in New York City and Dallas. She hoped to stay in sales and it seemed natural to partner with her mother selling real estate. Betsy uses the customer service, time management and organizational skills she learned in the fashion industry to serve her real estate clients.

Susan and Betsy’s mother-daughter partnership has been a blessing for both. Although their personalities are a lot alike, they have different strengths and attributes they bring to their team.

A dream team of Realtors can be hard to find, but Susan and Betsy Wall are unlike any other. They exemplify integrity and respect with their positive and outgoing personalities. The Wall Team’s focus has always been on serving their clients. It is their dedication, integrity and heart that fuels their passion to help each one of their clients, treat them as family and develop a lifetime relationship. They know what an honor it is to help people buy and sell their most valuable asset.

When they are not busy catering to their clients’ needs, Susan and Betsy enjoy giving back to their community in various ways and are members of the Junior League of Birmingham, the Heart Guild, Church of the Highlands and many other organizations. Susan loves spending time with her other daughter, Wendy, and son-in-law, playing bridge and tennis as well as exercising. Betsy loves traveling and spending time with her family, friends and her sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bella.
