Agent Spotlight T.J. Mallory

Although T.J. grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia, his heart belonged to the coast. Every spring break and summer was spent in Destin. T.J. knew, one day, he would move to Florida and start his family there. After graduating from Auburn University, with a degree in Aviation Management, he followed his heart and moved to Walton County.

T.J. is a true entrepreneur and certainly likes to keep busy. After making his move to the beach, T.J. started volunteering, working as a Middle School teacher and coach and started his own property management company. As an extension of his property management business, he decided to get his real estate license. Meeting with Charley Criswell in our LAH Florida office opened T.J.’s eyes to the fast-paced world of home sales. Our LAH at the Beach office is a golf cart ride away from T.J.’s house, in true beach fashion.  T.J.’s teaching background enables him to carefully explain information, making the buying and selling process easy to understand for his clients. He’s able to listen to his clients’ wants, needs and motivations while putting his organizational skills to work. He’s continually growing his business while creating new relationships and strengthening existing ones. Having grown up in a military family, T.J. is aware of the sacrifices of his community’s local heroes. He enjoys working with these families as they transition to civilian life or continue their service in the local area.

T.J. truly enjoys living in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with his wife, Sage, a high school science teacher and his daughter, Eila. He likes fishing the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay in his spare time with friends and family. His other hobbies include grilling out, playing the guitar or playing the washboard, cajon or drums with local musicians. Oh, and if you want to see properties on the water, T.J. is your guy. As a boat captain, showing properties on the water is what he enjoys best. We are so fortunate to have T.J. as part of our LAH Florida family.  We love T.J. Mallory!
