Chris and Kimberly Stanley began the empty-nest stage of their lives along the Emerald Coast and allowed their love of helping people drive their real estate business from Destin to Panama City Beach, Florida. Chris joined LAH shortly after receiving his license and Kimberly made the move to the Walton County market in 2021. Since then, they have expanded their territory and have established The Stanley Group.

Chris is a former business owner and law enforcement officer. The REALTOR says he is from “the school of hard knocks,” although he does credit Ball State University for helping him hone his business skills, allowing him to become a successful business entrepreneur. Kimberly is a former educator and has been in research her entire career. She also holds a doctorate degree in educational leadership and feels these skills help tremendously with approaching negotiations and working towards the goal of a smooth transaction for all involved. The Stanley Group felt this unique combination of skills would work well in the competitive real estate market. Research, educating clients, and open dialogue are their specialties, ensuring a positive client experience, every time.

While the real estate duo each have extremely useful background knowledge, they both invest in continued education to stay on top in the industry. Kimberly recently obtained the Luxury Homes Certification from the Residential Real Estate Council and continues to work towards becoming a Certified Residential Specialist. Additionally, Chris keeps up to date on market analysis and technology skills so they can accommodate each client’s individual needs.

The Stanley Group feels it is important to keep strong communication between clients and their realtors to ensure clients can receive the best possible experience. Having relocated to Florida themselves several years ago, they experienced things in the market from a buyers’ perspective. Chris and Kimberly have a successful history of assisting both buyers and sellers, even 100% remotely.

When they’re not serving their clients, the Stanleys love exploring local restaurants along the coast. They enjoy time with their adult children and their furbabies, as well as walking the beaches and various hiking trails in the area. Additionally, Chris and Kimberly enjoy giving back to the local community. They are involved with Alaqua Animal Rescue League and other local charities. Kimberly is involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors and is the Lead Ambassador for the Emerald Coast area for the Residential Real Estate Council.
