Sara Giles is one of LAH’s newest agents, having just joined the Hoover office in July of 2022, but she has been a Realtor since summer 2021. She has always had a love for real estate, as it affords her the time she needs to be present for her family. She got her start in real estate six years ago working in mortgages, but her passion for helping people encouraged her to take the leap into selling.

Sara prides herself on her close relationships with her clients and treats them as if they were family. She always makes a point to listen to them and find out as much about their needs and wants as she can to ensure she can give them the best homebuying experience possible. With her mortgage knowledge, she can better help buyers and sellers understand the process fully.

She admits that she doesn’t know everything about the field, but she’s always eager to learn. Between LAH’s continuing education series and her everyday practice, she says there’s always something new to learn.

In her spare time, Sara loves to spend time outdoor with her family. She and her husband are parents to two boys, one daughter, two cats and two dogs. They love fishing, disc golf, and hiking. After an unexpected move to Birmingham earlier this year, Sara’s been very busy adjusting to the area, but she says it’s been a great experience. Her boys have joined a local Scouting organization and through that she hopes to get involved in more community work.
