Nathan Allred, a Birmingham native, has always been in the field of public service. When he decided to make a career change nine months ago, real estate seemed like a natural transition. Through being a public servant for seven years, he gained a love of helping others and a desire to serve his community. These experiences and skills instilled dedication, which perfectly translates to his career as a Realtor.

Nathan’s goal is to take a personal interest in each of his clients, helping them achieve their real estate dreams. He recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and in return strives to exceed their expectations. Nathan believes that listening is the most important aspect to provide great service and formulate the best plan to serve their needs. While Nathan may be new to the industry, he is dedicated to learning from other agents and keeping up with market trends.

When Nathan is not serving his clients, you can find him golfing or spending time with his wife, Ginny, and their two beautiful boys, Cooper, 2 years, and Jack, 4 months. They enjoy taking trips to the beach or spending time out on the water at the lake.
