Megan Neill Hall has always acted with a heart of service. Prior to being a Realtor, Megan’s daily goal was to make dreams come true at the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Nashville, TN. Upon moving to Birmingham in 2018, she continued her non-profit efforts working with special needs adults at The Exceptional Foundation. She still serves on their Junior Board and volunteers with the organization and believes it’s truly one of the most special places out there.

While Megan loves the non-profit world, she wanted to find a career that offered growth and flexibility while still providing the opportunity to help others. She had a chat with her childhood friend, who happens to be the LAH Homewood office coordinator, and immediately realized real estate could be the perfect fit.

Megan joined LAH in April 2019 and has been thriving in the industry. She believes it is her ability to combine diligence with empathy in her service to her clients. Megan knows that it’s not “just a transaction” to many, but their home. She knows while the bottom line is so important, there are last memories involved and it can be an emotional matter.

Megan is committed to guiding all her clients through the process with prompt and clear communication, genuine care and honestly. Megan is dedicated to ensuring a successful transaction. If she is not showing houses, speaking with clients or writing an offer, Megan is researching the market or previewing homes so she can be prepared for other or future clients.

In her free time, Megan loves to travel with her husband, Tim. She and Tim, who happened to get married amidst the craziness of the pandemic in April 2020, often spend their summers at the lake. Additionally, they enjoy going out west to either snow ski in the winter or hike, fish and enjoy the outdoors in the summer. And of course, they spend time with their adorable black lab, Governor, “Gov” for short.
