Kristi Logan has been with LAH Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2022. She has a background in historic home renovations, having owned and renovated several houses in Homewood with her husband.

She’d fallen in love with the whole process of buying and selling real estate – from browsing homes, to making offers, closing, and selling. And so, when her three sons were grown, she decided to take the leap and obtain her license to become a real estate agent.

What sets Kristi apart is her expertise as a resident of Homewood since 1997, and her knowledge and understanding of the Birmingham market. She has deep ties to her community, having raised her children in the Homewood school system.

She’s not afraid of the challenge when it comes to a fixer upper, and she loves offering her unique vision on how clients can make a home truly theirs. She serves her clients by providing trustworthy feedback and by being available.

Kristi is thankful to be an agent with LAH SIR, and loves the countless tools she’s provided to help continue her education and improve her craft as a professional Realtor. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing tennis, attending Community Bible Study, reading, and attending Auburn football games.
