Kimberly Stanley joined LAH Real Estate’s Florida office in the Spring of 2021 with her husband. They were interested in joining the office because the LAH family values quality and professionalism in everyday life. Although Kimberly is a successful Realtor, she has not always been in the industry. After retiring from healthcare education after 20 years, she debated what to do with her next chapter. At the time, Kimberly’s husband, Chris, was already in real estate and suggested joining forces to create a team. It was the perfect opportunity for Kimberly to use the tools gained through the years and apply them to building a sturdy foundation for the future.

Kimberly would not consider herself a salesperson. She is transparent with her clients and strives to form long-term relationships as she educates them based on their personal goals, whether buying, selling, or simply investing.

The ambitious Realtor uses her background in research to dive deeper into all aspects of the real estate industry. Those research skills help Kimberly nurture client relationships because it creates a sense of trust and lets her clients know she is working with their best interests in mind. She always stays on top of the local market and continuously reviews trends on both a local and national basis to help their clients better understand how the market can work for them.

Kimberly is currently a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Residential Real Estate Council. Both organizations provide her numerous ways to learn every aspect of the industry and foster professional relationships that allow the community to grow.

In Kimberly’s free time, she and her husband, Chris, enjoying family and taking part in all of the exciting things the Florida Panhandle has to offer. They love spending time on the beaches of 30A and shopping/dining in the Destin and Panama City Beach areas.

Additionally, the Stanleys are involved in the Toys for Kids Foundation, which collects toys throughout the year for underprivileged kids to receive during Christmas. Kimberly and Chris also partner with the Alaqua Animal Refuge to help provide pet necessities like food and blankets throughout the year.
