Julia Long is one of the newest agents to join the LAH family. She got her license at the end of January 2022 and has been working at LAH Real Estate at the Beach, located on 30A, since February. Julia is originally from Albany, Georgia, but has always had a special place in her heart for Santa Rosa Beach since she first visited her family’s beach house when she was five years old.

Growing up, Julia was heavily involved in her stepdad’s real estate company. It was here that she found a passion for helping people find their dream homes. During college, she would spend every summer working for her stepdad, and once she graduated, she moved down to Santa Rosa Beach. Julia says it was the best decision she’s ever made.

While she’s not originally from the Santa Rosa Beach area, she’s spent so much time there that she’s watched it grow and change over time. She feels her history with the area helps to set her apart as a Realtor. She also wants to thank her many friends that have helped her make connections in the area.

Julia still goes out of her way to continue learning about Real Estate, taking advantage of several classes through LAH. Through these classes, she’s learned tips and tricks on everything from preparing listing contracts and holding open houses, to marketing oneself effectively.

When she’s not working, Julia loves to go on walks, spend time with her family and friends at the beach and try out new restaurants. Her mom and stepdad currently live in Santa Rosa Beach,  but she tries to visit her dad and the rest of her family back in Albany as much as she can.
