Jessica Daviston is a seasoned agent at LAH Sotheby’s International Realty’s Homewood office, having joined us as an agent 8 years ago! She got into real estate after being a stay-at-home mom for 9 years, as she was ready for a change. She enrolled herself in the proper classes, passed her test and has been with LAH Real Estate ever since, and through our transition to becoming LAH Sotheby’s International Realty.

What sets Jessica apart is her adaptability. Being a single mother, she likes to think she has a heightened sense of drive and competitiveness that helps me juggle everything the real estate world has to offer. She loves to stay extremely busy, both socially and professionally.

Jessica has experienced a lot in her 8 years as a Realtor, but she enjoys a challenge and never backs down from a problem she’s yet to conquer. Not only does she consider herself “hands on,” but she’s also extremely patient with her clients. She listens intently and genuinely cares for each of her clients’ needs. She continues to learn more and improve her craft by talking with other agents, brainstorming new ideas, travelling to other markets, and learning how things are done in other cities.

When she’s not working, Jessica loves spending time being an A+ mom, golfing, travelling, and finding new live music and standup comedy. She’s been involved with Hoover City Schools for 12 years now, and she enjoys finding new ways to volunteer in that community. Her twin daughters, Amilia and Bella, are juniors at Hoover High and are heavily involved in choir and show choir. Her youngest is in 6^th grade at Simmons Middle, where she is a promising young actress.
