Fulton Williams has been an agent with LAH since August of 2020. Like many people his age, the pandemic brought his post-graduation plans to a halt. But instead of letting the virus stop him from pursuing his career, he took it as a sign to dive headfirst into real estate and he never looked back.
As a young professional himself, Fulton works primarily with young people and first-time home buyers in the Birmingham area. Fulton’s mission is to educate his clients on the purpose and value of investing in real estate. He believes that creating an educational environment takes out the unknowns and stress that can typically come with such a big decision.
One way he has achieved this is by consistently being a resource and an honest advocate for his community and the markets he serves. He finds it most beneficial when he can assist in his client’s understanding of Birmingham and its surrounding areas. Offering quality advice and guidance to clients throughout the home buying process, he is an expert in helping them feel comfortable and knowledgeable on the importance of the transaction. Fulton continues to learn through engaging with seasoned agents and brokers in the LAH family that are willing to take the time to work with him even in difficult or high-pressure situations.
When he’s not working, you can find him trail running, skiing, or listening to live music. Both of his parents are also in real estate and he has two younger brothers. He has competed in trail races like the Ultramarathon and has recently accepted a position as an assistant cross-country coach at Homewood Middle School.
LAH Real Estate is proud to have Fulton Williams at our Crestline office!
