Meet Chad and Macey, the Franklins of Birmingham
With Chad’s family history in real estate, the decision for him to embark on a career as a Realtor began long before it entered his mind. His father was an appraiser for many years before he channeled his talents into building. As his career blossomed so did Chad’s interest and exposure to the real estate business. Other relatives are also involved in real estate. His father and brother are both currently appraisers. I guess it’s just in their blood.
Macey, a dental hygienist and office manager for Angelica Rohner Pediatric Dentistry and Chad, a special education teacher at McAdory High School, prayerfully made the decision to get their real estate licenses for reasons you might not expect. With full time jobs, the idea of working in the real estate profession put them in a 24/7 work regimen. They wanted to be in a position to give back and take care of their community. This would do just that. Their commitment to give 25% of what they earn in real estate is their gift to their church congregation, Stained Glass Ministries, and a 911 bucket for those affected by personal tragedy. They not only talk the talk but walk the walk. All of their clients know about their mission so everyone is involved in being a blessing to others.
Macey from Montgomery and Chad from Trussville, met, got married, and Chad convinced Macey to move to Birmingham. Reluctant, she quickly fell in love with Birmingham. Loving the restaurant life, they are frequently seen around town and Chad is asked if he’s a Franklin from Birmingham, apparently all of the men look alike. They are always together so friends, neighbors, co-workers refer to them as the Franklins of Birmingham. Another twist of fate, their LAH team name was born.
They spoke with many real estate companies before making a decision. When they met John at LAH Hoover, it was a perfect fit. His hands on approach and full time support solidified their decision to come to LAH.
Macey and Chad are a joy. They are servant hearted and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of their clients and those in need. They say they are building their family with all of their clients after they complete the real estate transaction. If you’re in the market to buy or sell call the Franklins. You will not only be fulfilling your real estate needs, you will also be doing something wonderful for someone in need.
We love the Franklins of Birmingham!!
