Chad and Macey Franklin comprise the team known as “Franklins of Bham,” and they’ve been with LAH Sotheby’s International Realty since December of 2018. Although they both already worked full-time jobs, they each felt a need to do something more to help others.

Real estate seemed like the obvious option for the couple, given Chad’s extensive family background full of appraisers, property managers and agents. However, the day he signed up for real estate school, he came home with courses for two potential agents – and the two have ben intertwined as a real estate team ever since. They work together on every aspect of each transaction, and it makes a world of difference to their clients to have that additional perspective.

They truly value their clients and the relationships that have grown over the years. The Franklins are 24/7 Realtors who find a lot of joy working with other married couples, because the clients feel like they always have an advocate that understands their needs.

As Realtors, The Franklins strive to always be learning and growing and picking up something new with each transaction they close. They understand the importance of keeping emotions out of transactions and helping guide their clients to making fact-based decisions.

The pair love being able to work together and are always looking to the next step in growing their investment and real estate business. When they’re not working, Chad and Macey enjoy playing pickleball. When they can, they love travelling, but always manage to find themselves negotiating offers on vacation.

Hosting parties and entertaining is their love language, and they take every chance they can get to host family and friends at their home. Recently, the couple was able to partner with Southern Ketamine to sponsor a disabled veteran for their medical treatments. On top of all of this, they also started an adventure as vacation home hosts, purchasing a cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Their hope is to be able to provide families with amazing vacation memories.

Chad and Macey have been married for 12 years and are proud dog-parents to Emma, but also love spending time with their nieces and nephews.
