Chris Carlisle made his new home at LAH Sotheby’s International Realty’s Crestline office earlier this year. His journey into real estate began as a quest to help clients bring their imagination to life – the idea of turning a house into a home, a canvas for someone’s dreams and aspirations, fascinated him. Chris’s favorite part of the process is the moment when his clients get a spark in their eyes, when they’ve found their dream home.

What sets Chris apart as a Realtor is his insight as a Birmingham native. His innate understanding of the local market, its nuances, and the rich history that shapes the city’s real estate landscape puts him ahead of the curve.

Chris also has a background in acting and the arts. His years of experience in this creative field has given him a heightened sense of empathy and an ability to truly listen to his clients’ specific needs. He aims to always be personable and make the home buying and selling processes as stress-free as possible. Whether they’re discussing property features or negotiating terms, he believes a dash of humor can create a positive atmosphere and build rapport.

Every transaction is an invaluable learning experience for Chris. He always makes it a point to attend seminars, classes, and conventions to continue honing his skills.

When he’s not working, Chris likes to spend his free time performing, whether that’s for fun, for charity or professionally. He’s worked in TV, film and theatre, and continues to enjoy being involved in the arts as time allows.
