After graduating from Auburn in 1999, Anna Frances Bradley didn’t really know what was next for her. Upon weighing the options of grad school, her family suggested that she take a job answering phones somewhere fun. As luck would have it, one of the first available jobs she found was for the office manager at LAH Real Estate’s Homewood office. And as luck struck again, Anna Frances’ hometown pal, Coke Williams, was the broker. Quickly after she was hired, Anna Frances began pursuing her real estate license by taking night classes after her day job as office manager. A year later, she found her replacement, Sarah Sams, again out of luck, and started in sales for the Homewood office.

Today, Anna Frances is partnered with her husband, Guy, and Charles Perlis to form the Bradley Perlis Group. The team is also joined by Katy Pulvere and Crissi Waters. The Bradley Perlis Group’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed as they’ve been the top sales team in the company since 2013.

Anna Frances believes that the nature of the business and her commitment to serving clients in an ever-changing economic and local environment strengthens her learning muscles. She and the team are very service-oriented and focus on going the extra mile to deliver on every client’s real estate needs and wants. Anna Frances is devoted to her clients’ overall best interests and in turn, develops lasting relationships.

When she is not working, you can find Anna Frances enjoying her family and friends as much as possible, especially at her home, to which she is quite attached. She also loves exercising, reading, being near water, and listening to music. The Bradley’s two boys, Guy III and Ridge, are very involved in sports and their school Hall Kent Elementary which keeps Anna Frances and Guy busy. Additionally, the family belongs to All Saints Episcopal Church where they participate in acolyting and serving on the Meal Team.
