Meet Abe Maddox · LAH Commercial
Abe’s parents owned many rental properties when he was a child, so a career in real estate was something that appealed to him at an early age. He grew up in Montevallo, Alabama and watched his parents tackle the ins, outs, challenges, and opportunities that accompany the real estate industry.
After high school he attended Auburn University and graduated in 2010. He then obtained his law degree from the Birmingham School of Law in 2014 and obtained his real estate license while he was in law school.
Abe met with Austin Blair of LAH Commercial and decided to join our team after working with Excel Communications while obtaining his law degree. LAH Commercial was a perfect fit as he established his niche in the industry.
A rising star, Abe was recruited to Berkadia in Birmingham where he learned and specialized in national buyer and owner multi-family transactions totaling $200 million.
The supportive, team spirited environment of LAH drew him back where he now applies his experience in multi-family transactions in the LAH Commercial division. He is a group leader and example of success, hard work, and determination for LAH’s rising agents.
Abe is an avid runner, loves to play tennis, and has been married to his best friend and wife, Thuvan since 2015. Abe and Thuvan live in Hoover with their dogs, Emmie and Riley.
